Food did not arrive cold and was mostly spoiled. Too much plastic in the packaging.

Bait and switch of products. Poor quality food. Products contain Hemp and were not clearly marked as containing it. 1/3 of order had to be thrown out. Poor customer service. This was my first order. Subscription was cancelled immediately.

My food is warm can’t eat it!!!!! First time ordering!

I am really confused on whats going on. I called in twice and left a message about my original order being warm and 1/2 the produce not being usable. Receive a message back to return a call but no name or ext. so called again and left a message, no return call. Received another box but wasn't the same as my first order. Looks like I had two orders placed but I only placed one. I need someone to call me to help me straighten this all out. The ice packs were warm when I received delivery and I med the delivery person in my garage - package did not sit outside at all. 217-831-4575

I had great hopes for this company. The Okinawa diet and Sardinian diets seem to be a great approach and I was willing to pay a premium. I was left sorely disappointed though. Most of the food was stale and not fresh. Maybe it had to do with my Friday delivery date which is later in the week. The portions for salads were totally off, mostly cheap fillers like lettuce and good veggies were miniscule and only visible if you search hard. The only saving grace was that the seafood seemed to be of good quality. However if you are gonna charge $100 for 6 servings of food, you better ensure amazing quality and portions. I wish I had read more reviews on Trust Pilot before ordering from them.

My order came in yesterday. It was hot. Ice packs were melted and I left a message last night and an email this morning. I have heard nothing back. I hope to be reimbursed. I had ordered fish and I know that no one could eat it. I am disappointed because I would really like to try the product but it needs to be packed so much better than it was.

Most of the food was old! Mushy and beans were slimy. Not fresh and portions were extremely small. The hummus was fizzy and not eatable. I would never order it again or recommend this. I did email them, no response. Very disappointed!

Shockingly bad. The 1st day's salad looked nothing like the photo and was flavorless even after I added a little apple cider vinegar. It was mostly lettuce. The hummus came with small carrots that looked like those slimy carrots in a bag that you find at Ralph's. The fish came thawed. The morning Oats Blend has sugar in it. Yuck! I ate my own steel cut oats... much healthier. I will donate the oats to a food bank. Frankly, I feel like this is a bait and switch. I unsubscribed and will go back to Catered Fit. More and tastier choices. No cooking. Three fresh meals every day. AND it's cheaper!
