The shipment I received looked nothing like the advertisements on IG, were not labeled or, and a couple of the meals were missing main ingredients.

Great tasting, healthy food (small portion sizes) with a couple of issues: 1. I received the wrong items for my planned menu. The recipe called for shrimp but I received only red fish. I made a few substitutions, and it was still tasty. 2. The individual packaging is Not compostable. The marketing materials show compostable materials. I was disappointed to find mine was all plastic containers. They are technically recyclable, but not where I'm from. Overall, pretty good. I'll probably try one more week and re-evaluate. Thanks N4L!

I love the concept immensely! Having a structured meal kit like this is exactly what I need! That being said, I’m not very happy with the customer service department. I called because I noticed that I didn’t have some items that were supposed to come with my order. The rep said that substitutions were made and I should have received an email (which I didn’t). Also, no apology was given, even for the items that were actually missing that I had to go buy to complete the recipe. I fully understand that mistakes happen. We are all human! What I didn’t like was that it wasn’t even acknowledged and definitely not rectified. For a meal kit of this level I expected a little more. I will give it one more shot and not base my experience solely on this first box.

Very expensive for what you get, and microgreens were spoiled. I also think they sent very little fish. I requested for two people and there was only one package of fish and was not much, not sure if the package was for 2 or they just missed, because everything else came for 2 people. Explanation of the recipes not very clear, if needed to be chopped ?? Taste was ok, nothing delicious. I have tried Sunbasket and even if I ask for the wild caught is not that expensive

Lunch is terrible but dinner makes up for it.

My order shipped incorrectly. The agent resolved the issue, but then the next order was also incorrect.

I was home when my first shipment arrived. The temperature in Houston was probably up around 100, but order was on my porch only a few minutes. However, the box and contents were quite wet. In fact the card board literally fell apart when I tried to pick up the box. Everything inside was wet, although the fish seemed to still be cold. However, I could find no instructions of any type in the box and was quite confused as to what I was unpacking. Customer service was able to e-mail me the week's booklet. However, my saiad for day one looked nothing like the picture. It was supposed to contain some type of noodles, but it looked more like ricotta cheese spread across the bottom. Did my noodles disintegrate? I liked the first nights dinner and the second day's lunch. However, I did not care for the cod risotto recipe. The instructions said to dice the acorn squash, which was extremely difficult to do. Also, the instructions did not say what to do with the skin, which seemed to be quite tough. I attempted to peel it. I made the risotto as instructed, but did not care for it at all. In hindsight I should have just baked the acorn squash and sautéed the kale, onion and garlic in olive oil. I like both of these foods, but not in a risotto. Day 3's said was ok. Since I am not very good about eating vegetables I was looking forward to a variety. However, all three lunch salads were basically just assorted lettuces with a few extras like a few cherry tomatoes. The first night's dinner just had 2 mini bell peppers and a chunk of onion. I did feel better eating the food, but not too crazy about the dinner recipes. I previously ordered Home Chef and their instructions for preparing fish were much tastier than the instructions to just bake it with some water.
