I loved their concept. The quality of the food is great! It tastes very good! But i ordered the 1600kcal meal plan ,2 meals a day so no breakfast , and I received 2 meals (lunch and dinner) of 400kcal each. First , That's not a meal, second, that's 800kcal total. It was wait too small. So I either misunderstood completely the information on their website or the menu pictures are just illustrative and they don't show the real thing. I am a little disappointed.

The food started to turn sour and acid on day 3, especially the dinners. I didn’t feel it was fresh for that long. I wasn’t able to eat them and had to toss them out. I also received my package and my day 6 dinner was open and splattered all over.

Eat Like a Centenarian and ensure your grandchildren don’t have a stable planet to inhabit. Each meal is packaged in 8.5x8x3in plastic container with plenty of wasteful air space, requiring bigger shipping boxes and more CO2 wasted in shipping. I took a picture to show you the horrid packaging.. but I can’t post images here. The food could have more flavor, I gave it two stars because the fish is the best fish I have ever tasted. Ironically enough the fish has traceability information on the packaging, you would think a company that cares about its supply chain would also consider the end of life (waste) it’s product generates... I will be switching back to Sun Basket. It is one of the most sustainable meal delivery services and all of its food tastes like it is out of a restaurant AND it gives you options to customize your weekly menu AND you more food for the money AND it is all organic. OH and Nutrition for Longevity messed up my order and double charged and delivered 2 boxes to me the first time and my initial customer service experience was horrible. I do not recommend this company.

Most of the items were not usable. Lettuce was wilted, onions dried up etc... did not receive any recipe cards either or received any link to find recipes. A lot of money for a small amount of mostly rotten food. It was delivered on time.

The romaine lettuce was brown and wilted upon arrival. Another box’s liquid cups both opened and the contents of the box (all the ingredients for me to cook) were smothered in those liquids. I immediately after opening the box, sent a picture and email to customer service, but got no reply. This is opposite of what is promised on the website for problems.

Food was okay. I am not a fan of Cinnamon, sesame oil or soy sauce. The salad pieces were too big, it needed to be chopped. The quality of the food was good.

I ordered this for myself as I was recovering from COVID and also for my aunt as she was recovering from a heart attack. I did not like the concept or the food. It was mainly just bagged salad mix with minimal seasoning or flavor. The breakfasts are packages of oats and such without directions on the package. You have to read through a book to figure out what you’re supposed to do. The meals themselves were only labeled with a small circle that I didn’t even notice until 3 days in. They do not have the nice packaging like what is showed on their ads. One of the meals was supposed to have cilantro and it had one sprig that was rotten. Another container was delivered with a spice container open and dispersed throughout the container so it was useless. I’ve already cancelled both subscriptions and will not be resuming.

Didn’t enjoy. Ingredients were not that fresh. Rice patty was like raw dough.
