The sweet potato hash with the tortilla chips is my favorite meal. There hasn’t been one meal I haven’t liked. I had one issue where I needed a meal plan with more than 3 days and customer service switched me to the 5 day meal plan which was perfect for my needs. Fresh Organic produce! The salads are sooo delicious. Once I found this service, I cancelled my subscription every where else!

Food arrived cold and remained fresh through expiration date. Was also SUPER tasty! This is the 3rd meal delivery service I have tried in the last 6 weeks and, by far, my favorite!

I was really skeptical, mostly because I don’t like most beans, which I knew I wouldn’t be able to avoid when I ordered. The food was honestly all excellent. There were a couple dishes where I thinned the black beans a bit, but that’s just because mentally I had a hard time knowing I was eating so many. The taste and quality far exceeded my expectations. I will definitely order again!

Unfortunately my food arrived warm through no fault of the company, Just warm weather in the south. They informed me they are working on solutions and I am looking forward to trying again!! They have refunded me my money and responded to my emails the same day I informed them of this problem!! Great customer service!!

Nutrition for Longevity is an absolute gem! Unlike others in the meal delivery space, they manage the agricultural pieces and processes - all the way back to seeds! - cultivating transparency, quality, and diversity of its ingredients. At each step, from what is grown and how it is grown, to the innovative, DELICIOUS, and nutrient dense meals that arrive on your doorstep, this company embodies true commitment to its customers’ long term health. If the nutritional dedication wasn’t enough, N4L fully embraces the other principles introduced in The Longevity Diet, offering access to an interactive, supportive, and inspirational community of individuals. I have been so incredibly impressed, not only with the flavors and variety in the meals, but also with the customer service and member-focused approach of every N4L employee who I have interacted with. N4L is actively evolving and growing, and I am truly excited to be a part of it - and to recommend it to friends and family! Delightful, truly healthy, and convenient? You bet. Join for the food and see how all the different N4L commitments to your wellbeing work to truly transform your world!

The food thus far has been wonderful. I can not wait until we have the option to pick our own food choices. I do not like salmon and the food that I get with salmon is a total waste. Also I am not a huge kale fan and most of the salads have raw kale. When you have the pick your own food I will be coming back.

Great variety and meals so far. I wish the labels had a better nutritional profile. Macros are fine but what about salt sugar fiber and other nutrients? Also I wish I could pick some of the selections. I don’t like sugary breakfasts for example. And I wish I could have the spicy hot sauces on the side. Sometimes it is too spicy Lastly, the packaging is too much plastic. Recyclable bpa and other chemical free packaging would make this feel a whole lot healthier
