My order did not come at the time it should. I left two detailed phone messages regarding this and never received a return call. It came nearly a week after I completed Prolon which defeated the purpose of why I ordered it, as I had wished to begin it upon finishing the Prolon.

I was following your Facebook page and someone asked about food allergies. They were told to contact customer service and would be helped with that. I had just ordered the trial version and immediately emailed customer service with my food allergy concerns. I was told that the oats were in separate containers. I requested that my 3 breakfast meals be substituted with anything other than oats. I was told that there are no substitutions! I explained my concern that I was being charged for 3 meals that I could not eat and again requested any substitution or help in any way. I was basically told that there was nothing that could be done. I only gave this 2 stars because the meals that I was able to eat, were good, but the lack of concern bout food allergies would rate a 0 star. I will not purchase from your company again.

I first tried the 5 Day Prolon Fast. I emailed the company with a question and got no response. I had a problem while fasting and called the company, a nurse was supposed to call me back and never did. Next I tried the Nutrition for Longevity trial. I ordered the 1600 calorie, 3 day plan with some meal prep. It was delivered a day late. When I tried to check my account online, I had no account. I was able to check the status with my original receipt. When I tried to order a subscription, meal plans with prep are not listed on the Nutrition for Longevity website, only heat and serve options. I found my selection by doing a separate search for Nutrition for Longevity Trial and was able to find my selection. This was just crazy. It makes no sense to not have all your options on one website. Even with the terrible customer service, late delivery and poor website design. I loved the cooked food! The lunch salad was very good also. I was able to find a plan for just lunch and dinner, which is perfect for my needs. Hopefully I won’t have any issues and need to contact customer service.

My order arrive on time and it is a cool (70 deg) day. I immediately brought the box into my house and opened it. The packing material was room temperature as were the meal boxes at the top. The ice packs on the bottom were still cold but since warm/hot air rises, the coolness stayed at the bottom of the box. I'm concerned about the safety of the food and how long it may have been sitting at room temperature.

I joined your program after receiving information about your company in my Prolon fasting kit. I felt it would be a nice way for me to continue working towards my fitness goals after the fast. Honestly, I'm very disappointed with quality of the food and the way your website is built. To start, I was unable to order my program on line. I had to call customer service the next day and set it up. I was told there were a few bugs on the site. I was unable to use my 15% coupon on the first week but was offered the discount for the following two weeks. This never made sense to me. Once I started the program Vegan 2 meals a day 1200 calorie I felt dizzy and very hungry for the first three days. I looked closer at the meal boxes and realized the two meals only amounted to between 850 and 950., not 1200. I was sold a 1200 calorie meal plan. When I called customer service I was told again there were problems with your site and the information was not correct on the site and they were working on it. I spoke to a supervisor and she offered to send me some complementary snacks as an inconvenience. When they arrived, almonds and dry fruit and nuts, dried bananas and chocolate both packages were stale. The banana tasted like cardboard and the almonds were very stale. In the last two weeks there have been 3 dinners that were inedible. Tasted as if they were resent. Your program is not expensive but the cost should not sacrifice the taste. Your website states false and very misleading information. You're dealing with people's health and this is unacceptable. After two weeks your site has not been corrected on the calorie count. Very irresponsible.

DO NOT BE FOOLED!!! After viewing the Nutrition for Longevity website, I expected nutritious and delicious meals I could cook at home while improving my health. Once my package arrived I was severely disappointed. The meals are heat and serve, microwave meals which look like they've already been chewed. I didn't want to judge a book by its cover so I ate the meals I was given for the week. The salads were fine - they're salads. But the breakfast and dinners were HORRIBLE. Like, inedible. I suffered through a few but threw out most of every meal after literally gagging some bites down. Im used to veggie based meals and know how wonderful they can taste. In addition, I've used other meal services before that were great and expected that quality. I was also very confused as the website and reviews (off site) made it seem like it was a cook-it-yourself experience based on quality foods and good flavors. What I got was a terrible microwave meal that makes hungry man taste like a 5 star restaurant. I contacted their customer service because perhaps I had selected the wrong plan. While the cook-it-yourself option was available when I placed the order, customer service informed me that they had moved away from that and the only option now was the mircowave meals. I will not be ordering from them again. I feel their website is deceiving and I spent ALOT of money only to get worthless microwave meals. I dont know how it has good reviews - they must be from before the change to ready-made. As you'll notice, look at the dates to see a steep decline after August 2020.

I have had two orders. One order required prep and one fully prepared. I enjoyed the ready to eat but was disappointed with the one requiring preparation. The meals were not well marked and required too much time due to my busy schedule.

Deliver day unclear. Got the kit 2 days after anticipated. Hard to schedule a meal plan for my week.
