Love the way meal plans are 100% organic and free from common allergies like gluten and dairy, no sugar or preservatives. The delivery came cold. Overall, I eat an anti-inflammatory diet under the care of a healthcare professional so I know my way around this type of diet and cooking and was hoping for a way to make some of my busier work weeks easier with prepared meals. The food certainly was fresh and the veggies were flavorful, but ultimately I felt the dressings were too bland. I do like that you can really taste the fresh veggies and that’s where N4L shines for sure, but adding fresh herbs could have gone a long way in punching up the flavor of the dressings since freshness is well maintained without compromising the nutrition with salt or additional natural sugars. All in all, it’s an option for what I need and I would consider buying again, but I was hoping to be a little bit more impressed with the flavor. If you hate cooking and need a go-to option for whole-food plant-based shipping nationwide, this is a good option.

I am really enjoying the food and ease of preparation. The only (minor) complaint is that some of the greens were "over wet' and a little wilted. Looking forward to sampling my remaining meals.

Food is amazing. This new packaging smooshed the food and some opened up in the box and spewed all the cranberries all over the place. I like the transition to some meals ready to go.

I am waiting on the results and taking a shot each day as I was told by the doctor that is good for you internally

Amazing veggies and herbs. Taste and looks like garden produce, and not like those commercially grown you can find in store. I lower the total number of points, as basil was gone bad. Not sure how it happened.

I want to give 5 star for service and promptness of delivery and ability to control my order, skip weeks, and staff reminders that it is time to reorder. My concerns: food expires with a day or 2 before next shipment order and I had to freeze it on expiry date Also breakfast is great, so we’re lunches- wish there was more seasoning available
