It would be nice if there were more flexibility to cancel auto-renew if no food has been prepared. It can be difficult to keep up with reminders when you receive several emails from the company. The customer representative was very nice, but I wasn't very satisfied with the outcome. The food products are okay, but can be repetitive. It would be nice if customers could choose which meals and sides you would like.

The food was healthy, interesting and full of nutrients and fiber which I appreciate, but not seasoned well. I am a Health Coach and Food Instructor and I do have tried these meals on folks at my office with bad reviews. No flavor, unfamiliar ingredients, portions very small.

Very disappointed. I am a long time WFPB eater and ordered this for Thanksgiving because it was just me and my daughter. The food was not flavorful at all. I threw most of it away. I would not order again.

The meals are very convenient but both of my shipment arrived with some of the meals spilled and leaking. The salads are ok, but nothing crazy. The dinners were delicious but day5 was spoiled before we even got to day 5. After initial excitement about the meals we were both disappointed and decided not to continue the service.
