This is a follow up after several weeks of my mother and I enjoying your meals though we are not in the program. My mother is 87 and has not been well but getting stronger everyday and I am sure the meals have helped her immensely. I just wanted to give you my honest feedback from the meals I have enjoyed thus far and feeling very grateful I did not have to go to the store during this very scary time. I love the colors, I love the textures, and I love that the more you chew the better it taste. Simple clean fresh ingredients full of flavor, nutrients, and really satisfying. I love the food, just wasn’t sure how to put it together, or maybe just didn’t spend the time to do it. Most of the time convenience means junk food wins but you have masterfully made quality meals that are healthy and delicious and the taste is worth it. I’m looking forward to getting in the program. Thank you Nutrition for Longevity❣️💚
