The product arrived in less than perfect condition. I took pictures, but there is no place for me to upload them here. It looked as though it had been opened then partially re-taped back. The bottom was damp and I was surprised that it didn't bust open. Once I opened the box, I saw that at least one of the food items had broke open, as there was loose rice in the box. Of the 2 breakfasts, I only found one that I enjoyed. The lunch salads couldn't have tasted better! This is why I apply 3 stars. The dinners were also quite tasty. I would subscribe to this delivery if I were to opt out of the breakfasts.

I enjoy the concept of fresh nutritious foods and was definitely full with each meal, but the taste of meals left a lot to be desired. I was disappointed that meals required transferring from container to another dish before heating. Also, chips were included in one of the meals sealed in a separate compartment but within the same container as a wet dish -which ultimately meant soggy chewy chips. Some of the selections were a bit too spicy for me because I have acid reflux disease. This may be ideal for some people, but I will not be reordering. I prefer dishes that satiate and tempt the palate simultaneously.

The food although healthy... does not invite me to eat it. Of the meals I tried I often only ate 50% as they were not in a flavor profile I like. It seemed like in the first order there was a lot of potatoes even in my Cobb salad, 50% of the salad was large potato chunks. Many meals were bland and had cumin and turmeric seasoning. I keep telling myself to eat the meals ...because its healthy for you; but I am not drawn to eat these meals (due to appearance and prior taste profiles) and therefore have little appetite for the meals and look for alternatives. I believe my taste buds have not adjusted. Keep trying to reach us who use/like the 5 day Fasting diet package, I did like the first round of meals I purchased following the fasting diet but these meals seem different, with not as many greens (they have beans and potatoes).

I think the idea and the research behind the concept are great. However, I have found some flaws in the execution. The plastic packaging is flimsy and subject to breakage in transit. In the two shipments I have received so far, each one has had a package that has broken or been punctured, with part of the contents leaking out. The freezer bags arrive in a melted, but still cool state. In the first shipment, the little greens container had come open and I found the contents spilled inside the package. Also the program is designed to be valid for ages 18-65, but they do not warn you of that in their promotions. I was concerned about the high cab low protein design of the program, when the research calls for more protein for the large over-65 group. The nutritionist I talked to assured me they were working on this.

My first try of N4L, it’s nicely packaged and convenient that it’s by meal for each day. Interesting choose of dishes. But - package was a day late and I didn’t get any heads up - 2 out if 3 breakfasts were sweet, which I consider not great for body - portions are big for me, so half went to garbage But still, it’s tasty and probably if you live closer to where it’s made - it’s faster and fresher :)

I wish I could opt out of certain meals.

this seems like any store brand oil is it blended? No peppery taste. may not be store brand .just not that great.
