I received the vegan box last week. The ingredients were fresh. I love this company’s mission, however, I found the food to be really bland. The salads were good but the other entrees I felt lacked seasoning. I probably won’t be ordering again.

I sent you an email yesterday complaining about the scampi’s and white beans. There were NO scampi at all in it but pastas! It was so spicy I couldn’t eat it. I had to trash it. Few of your dishes are too spicy and it feels like quinoa and beans is on every other meal.

The service operates fine. I would like more options on what/how many meals I can order. For the most part I don't find the hot meals very good. Those are typically the dinners, so if I could only order lunches which are the salads and dressings that I think are good I would prefer that as an option.

Several of the salads lately are not great especially the ones loaded with cabbage and fennel. Braised apples dinners are not enjoyable either. I cannot enjoy more than one or more meals per kit.

It was difficult trying to find out how to cancel my subscription. Once I found the contact phone number, it was quite easy. There should be a way on iPhone users to cancel online without having to go through someone

I enjoyed trying the N4L meals, especially having breakfast, lunch and dinner all provided. The downside for me was not being able to choose from a selection of different meals. The veggies were heavy on the cabbages, radishes, and other root vegetables which aren't what I would have chosen. I did like the variety of the salads and the breakfast meals. Thanks for the opportunity to give it your program a try!

N4L meals are definitely an acquired taste that my wife and I are still acquiring. Love everything about the company, but most meals are a challenge to get down. I’ve been around “health” food all of my life and am up to speed on every meal delivery service out there while having a thorough understanding of clean eating, so please accept this feedback as valid. I love the fresh, bright, and nutrient dense produce as well as the wild caught fish, but often feel the meals could be more palatable. Lots and lots and lots of chewing. Often times we feel like a kid just getting in those vegetables to be allowed to leave the dinner table. We don’t really look forward to the meals and only eat them for the potential health benefits. We concurrently patronize Sprinly for a change of pace and find their meals much more satisfying. We aren’t giving up on acquiring the taste for the N4L meals though and will continue to patronize. Would be great to be able to pick my meals too. Thanks for the opportunity to comment.

Delivery was timely, packaging was fine. Quality ingredients, fresh food. However, the salad dressings weren't enough for the quantity of salad, and the flavors of every dish blended together. Most things tasted the same and more toward the sour or bitter side. I did really like the quinoa and grain bases for the fresh salads. It almost seemed that most of the veggies were a bit under ripe, perhaps that's why the greens and so forth tasted flat. Not really impressed.
