Fresh, delicious and worth every dime. Excellent value for prep-free, healthy meals.

The meals are so simple and yummy!! First organic V and GF company i have found

I signed up for a free trial to test the foods to recommend to my clients. The food was delivered on time, had great flavor, they use clean organic ingredients and the website was easy to use. The only drawback is that they do not use microwave safe recyclable containers, otherwise 5 stars!!

I received the Longevity meals and love them. They taste great and the portion size and control are so helpful. Really love this food service - best I have found!

Healthy & nutritious food & ready to enjoy. They also have an excellent customer service! I love the fact the the team is always available to answer my questions. I had a problem but they immediately offered a great solution! I am more than satisfied, thank you!

the company was right on track with my orders very friendly I would recommend this company to my friends

It feels like I have a personal chef making dinners for me every night. The pre-made meals are so easy and taste like like were just freshly made. And wow, so unique and full of flavor. I love Valter Longo’s work, and the fact that this company has put it into an easy and accessible reality is incredible. Cannot recommend Nutrition For Longevity enough.

I LOVE these new ready-to-eat and heat meals. So convenient and yummy!
