Service was good overall; arrived a week earlier than we had requested, but luckily we were home to retrieve it in time. The pack-out does not allow for more than 1 hour or so sitting on a porch. More plastic packaging than we would have liked. Meals were all very fresh & great tasting.

Packaging & directions were nicely done. I was less impressed with the actual nutrition. I felt the amount of vegetables was a little disappointing and the variety in the 3 days was very disappointing. In 3 days-they really shouldn’t be repeating, especially packaged oats! On the plus side, the cooked meals were easy to prepare, visually appealing And tasty!

The service in terms of customer care was fine but the general experience wasn’t as good. The meals are not very well explained. I guess you need to read the book to understand the idea behind the diet. Having to read a whole book to understand a meal plan is more than I was bargaining for. I’m used to meal plans that provide an easy to use app where I can easily chose my meals, servings and even skip meals or cancel the service right on the app. I don’t like that n4l doesn’t provide that Lunch and dinners are not that much the issue but the other stuff (the ones on the brown pouches) which I could never understand when to use them The directions on the back are written in such a small font that not even with readers I was able to read

I love oats, just not these oat mixtures. Yuk. I like that there are snacks, but they’re the same every day which gets old quickly. Especially when you don’t like hummus. Or pita chips. On the positive side, the quality of the fish and fresh ingredients is excellent.

I was in love with the idea, and the recipes were delicious, except for the fact that I had to substitute my own ingredients for the dinners. The Calabrian Mushroom Sugo called for tomatoes, of which there were none in the box. I added my own, but the sauce was tasty. The forbidden black rice paella was tasty, but I had to collect what looked like a bomb exploded in the box for a whole fritter- it was all over the place. I found myself mostly craving dinner with the meals. Breakfast and lunch can be dissapointing and lack flavor. However, it's great quality, easy to prepare, and it fits my life busy lifestyle. No thinking required its mostly grab and go. The o ly meal that requires any kind of effort is dinner and it's easy and tasteful.

I wanted to love it, but often the description and recipe didn't completely match the contents I received. While the food I did eat was good, it started to taste the same. Breakfasts were just ok

The food was ok in taste, but I received older flimsy lettuce for the salads and incorrect recipes with the goods provided. I was looking forward to the variety but received a double for a few meals.
