I rarely leave reviews, but I felt this experience was worth sharing. I worked with Katherine for nutritional support and followed her protocol carefully, including purchasing the recommended products and keeping up with the assignments and charting she asked for. At my follow-up appointment, however, she seemed unfamiliar with my case and initially assumed I had not followed the protocol. This was frustrating because I had taken the process seriously and did everything that was asked of me. After some time she realized who I was and apologized, but the interaction left me feeling discouraged rather than supported. I value practitioners who keep track of their clients’ progress and approach concerns with patience and understanding. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. When I tried to make appointments with Katherine as "tuning" my nutritional care, I found that I could not understand her speech.

I've worked with Katherine for 15 years, both for nutritional counseling and working with the energetic world and how that affects me. I consistently find her the perfect balance of supportive and challenging, helping me identify what's right for me and my best way to sustain my energetic, emotional, mental, and physical health while also working to increase it. Unequivocally, Katherine has helped me not just survive but thrive through hard times, both personally and professionally. If you're looking for help increasing your health and happiness in any way, I wholeheartedly suggest giving Katherine a try!
