Nutricost just had a $1,8 billion lawsuit. they are a fraudulent company. They settled and so basically proved how horrible they are. Do not trust this brand. I am waiting for my class action payout.

Cheap that's the only benefit to this brand. I had an issue with a creatine batch and all this company could say was sorry and just ask for information. No offer to replace a bad product or even a discount. They are without a doubt the absolute worst. Pay a bit more for a company that actually stands on their product instead of white labeling Chinese sourced creatine. The company also kept trying to insinuate that I was improperly storignt the tub. I purchased from the brand in the past and I use supplements all the time. So it's clear they were trying to pass the buck. Also what's funny is the ONE positive review here mentions the storage method. And how people can't store. Clearly the company trying to pass the buck onto consumers.

Would not resolve a problem with their product just referred me to Amazon!

I absolutely do not recommend this company!! Their delivery is way too slow. It took nearly a month from the time I placed my order until it arrived. When it still hadn’t arrived after 20 days, I contacted customer service, but I didn’t hear back for over six days. When they finally got in touch, they told me the package had been lost and asked me to choose between a refund or a reshipment, so I requested a refund. However, I didn’t hear back for over six days after that, so I contacted them several times. In the meantime, the package suddenly showed up. Eventually, customer service finally got in touch, but they simply said they couldn’t issue a refund because the package had been delivered to the post office. They offered no apology whatsoever for the long wait or for the delayed response despite my repeated attempts to contact them—this is far from professional. The product was a huge letdown (it wasn’t Non-GMO and lacked reliability), and the customer service was terrible, so I will never use this company again.

This company and their auto-subscriptions, are a complete SCAM! Every other subscription I have, Amazon, Chewy, Walmart, gives you the option to push out your subscription if you are heavy on product or can't afford it at the time. My order was auotmatically sent and my card charged at 12am, and when I called the company when they open at 9am, they told me I couldn't cancel! Absolutely no way, the order had been picked and shipped in such a short amount of time. I never received an email that it was coming time to ship, but I received the email that the order was confirmed. Interesting, and convenient for Nutricost, but too bad for the customer! I have been a loyal customer to Nutricost for years, either through their website or Amazon. But I will NEVER purchase this brand again. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU!

Nutracost shipped a container of creatine monohydrate that was inexplicably covered in an unknown oil (toxic, hazard, etc??!). After contacting customer support, they provided me with a copy and paste response referring to Amazons return policy. Never again will I order from Nutracost.

The shipping and return policy and process is a joke. When the order is wrong and you need to return the item, it will cost you additional money. First you pay shipping. Then you pay for insurance IN CASE you need to return the item. Then when you go to make the return, they charge as much for pickup as the product (multivitamins in this case) costs. If you want to pack it back up and take it to a shipper yourself, you will still have to put in a credit card to proceed through checkout. Definately NOT worth the few cents cheaper.

I ordered Vanilla Whey Isolate and it is not isolate. It is regular whey. I intentionally get isolate so that it doesn't have the chaulky taste and texture of regular whey when added to oatmeal and shakes. I don't trust this company. I can't find a way to leave a review on their website or to ready any comments on the products review. That doesn't inspire confidence.
