The pills were ordered in error only a few hours I went to cancel the order they were not helpful and the customer experience was horrid Also these are not FDA approved.

If I could give zero star's I would. Still Waiting on my delivery. I ordered items from Nutreance website on the 11th of April and still no sign of my package. I have emailed Nutreance customer service several times and no reply. I will never order from this company again 😔

My first time using Nutreance for a highly rated supplement, they were unable to deliver thru FedEx for some reason and refused to issue a refund of either the purchase price or the shipping costs. They repeatedly (several times a day) sent me e-mails telling me to contact FedEx directly, of which every attempt was a failure. Complete theft of my time and money.

Be careful This company is a scam They don't care if you get your delivery They take money , don't send the order and refuse to take responsibility and refund despite my requests

I had a bad reaction and became very stomach sick. When I reached out to them they didn't Want anything to do with my concerns. Basically called me a liar

I wish I could use a zero and I wish I would have read all the terrible issues people have had trying to get their "promised 30 day return refund" and filed claims with the BBB which I also did. What a terrible company! I would not recommend using any of their products.

In my opinion, this is a scam. I ordered 3 * "30-day supply" on March 25th 2024. Delivery was promised latest April 17th but in fact I only received it on April 30th. On opening the package I saw the instructions were to take 4 tablets per day (for Type 2 diabetes). So in fact my 30-day supply became a 7.5 day supply. I requested a refund on May 2nd (2 days after delivery), but the supplier referred me to their Terms and Conditions, which state that refunds are only available within 30 days of placing the order. I pointed out that I only received the order after 36 days, but they responded that they stick by their terms and conditions. I leave the reader to draw their own conclusions.

You guys are very persistent. When i put an order I can’t just close the order without putting more stuff to order. It makes it confusing.This last order I didn’t get to see a confirmation so waited about three more days waiting to see if there was a confirmation and since I was on my last pills I ordered again another bottle. I’ve yet to receive one bottle!
