At first I was a bit of a skeptic. Initially I tried the RediMove within a few days I noticed the difference. My experience would be joint wise (knees, hips & back) I went from a stiff old board 3/10 to a 7.5-8/10 Pretty decent result. For me, Prostacor was slower, took about a month to really notice, 3 months you’ll be flowing 👍.Again, it works.
