Prompt delivery - product helps - downside you don't mention the cost is not in NZ $

The supplement itself is very effective. The point I am making is the company's plan to pray on its customers' wanting to make use of this supplement by pushing them into making decisions by "dangling carrots in front of them"

My mom asks me to buy nutrimind for her. I’m in Canada and shipping takes a very long time, my last order took almost two months! I received a phone call from nutrience once around 11pm, I find that a bit late to be calling people to upsell their product. In the phone call they offered an amazing discount if I ordered more, then and there but I decided not to. I wish they had better deals online for repeat customers and customers in Canada. I hope this next order is a lot faster.

The pricing is extremely high for me. Having your products in a Canadian warehouse would be financially helpful. I’d be willing to try more if costs were down. I’ve tried for one month now. No change yet, I am hopeful with further use.

Fulfilment of order and communication were very good. Jury is still out as to whether the product actually does any good or not. After 2 months use, I think I can detect a very slight improvement, so I’ve tried one more order to see if that improvement continues.

The first time I ordered this product they sent the wrong product but the were very abliging and sent the right one within a short time which was great at no extra cost

A couple of years ago I bought Hepagard from Nutreance as it had good reviews and it really seemed to help with gallbladder problems I was having. I recently decided to buy again and was a little surprised by the hard sell via emails once an item is placed in basket. I decided to take them up on offer of free shipping if you buy 2 bottles. One bottle cost 39.95 dollars I'm in Ireland and I thought it would be worth the saving of postage from America. Unfortunately, I was charged 20 dollars shipping on top of the cost of the 2 bottles...a total of 100 dollars! I immediately contacted Nutreance, they responded immediately but tried to say I had chosen rapid shipment. When I explained that the shipment was chosen for me...no option given...and I presumed the discount would be given at checkout, they admitted that the offer is not available to customers in Ireland. I pointed out that this should be clear on the website and they agreed. Very apologetic, very polite and very ineffectual. They offered nothing more than an apology and I see that this has not yet been rectified on the website. The product arrived promptly but, to add insult to injury, I was charged 11 dollars import duty. A total of 111 dollars!! I would not recommend anyone outside of USA to trust the offers made on this website. Saying that, the product seems good. I will not use or recommend again. 1 star off for lack of transparency on website and another off for still promoting this bogus offer. Pity!
