Worst company I have purchased from online so far. Nutreance took my payment, never delivered the product and is completely unwilling to refund. Instead, they offered another shipment. After dozens of unsatisfying customer support emails, I l lost trust in that brand entirely and are very much not interested in ingesting their product.

They are excellent organized and my last experience with delivery from the USA to Thailand at my adres was 3 days shorter than before. Chapeau Chapeau

Hi I orderd two bottles of liver health for my wife. Well the product did not work at all snake oil in a bottle!! So i called today for full refund only to be told the 30 days had expired. I found out there warranty starts the day you order the product not when you receive the product!! They also say you have to return one bottle brand new not opened and the other bottle has to have half left. I just want everyone to be aware of there shady practices.

I don't know whether there products are good or not. Ordered it, get 10 emails saying pick it up from post office. Go to Post Office - they have not got it, called UPS they say they don't track "Mail Innovations" speak to the shipper.... Contacted Nutreance - asked me to contact UPS. I think I have been scammed - I cannot believe a company cannot track the shipments. Its a joke.

SCAMMED by this company! They do not honor their 30 day money back guarantee! Return policy states to CALL or email for refundI and was told to mail back as it was within 30 days of purchase and to CALL THEM BACK WITH TRACKING NUMBER. When I called back with tracking number they would not even hear me and would NOT honor my return/refund because I didn’t send email. Waisted numerous hours debating what was written in their return policy with them with no response from the last email sent. THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE REPORTED FOR FALSE ADVERTISING.

This scammer company has a 30 money back guarantee, but they never plan to give refund. How could you order a bottle on 9/24, then 7 days to ship and receive and then take 30 days' worth of pills within 30 days? You can’t. If you think there is even a remote chance you will want to return, DO NOT bother ordering this crappy product. As i suspected, it didn't work, but i only ordered since they had a money back guarantee, but they don't honor it, so i got scammed. Don't make the same mistake.

I read a lot of information about products for men's health. This product sounded like a good choice. Immediately, meaning within less than 10 minutes after placing the order, I contacted them by phone to cancel because there are resources for free shipping. I immediately called customer service and they said the order cannot be canceled and to email their support department who can cancel the order. Well, when you call their customer service number there is an option for canceling orders. Might as well have called Santa Claus. My email response was simply, "we cannot cancel the order because it's already been processed." They won't cancel orders even within minutes after placing it. Companies like this create terms that are totally covering themselves and do not, at all, benefit the Customer in any way. If you still think the product is the right choice, go to Amazon and while you'll pay the same price but prime members get free shipping. However, I won't buy their products because they'll still benefit.

Redimove advertising is very misleading ! On the advertising it says 31 days treatment,but this is only for very mild arthritis, when the bottle arrives, it states :- 1 tablet per day for mild, 2 tablets for medium, 4 for bad arthritis, it does help but at 4 tablets a day it doesn't last long and is expensive.
