It took at least 3 weeks before I saw some benefits. It has not stopped my hot flashes, but they are less severe and less disruptive to my sleep. I was suffering intense flashes every 30 to 60 minutes and had even developed heat rashes. These supplements have taken “the edge” off the hot flashes, which is a win for my sleep and quality of life.
