Being a herbal product.improvement has been slow, but now, on the 3rd bottle, I am seeing positive results!

I tried another supplement and I have to take TWO(2) tablets to make it effective. I tried your product and it did make me sleep a little longer and quite sleepy after half to forty five minutes when I take ONE tablet. The only one error that comes (even with the other supplement) is, I sometimes WAKE up at 3:00-3:30 a.m. in the Winter and 4-4:30 in the Summer. With your supplement, I do it maybe ONCE in two weeks, which is a big improvement.

When I first tried this product, it really reduced my hot flashes. I recently have been getting more of them but it has also been very hot and humid out. I am hoping it reduces them again once the weather gets cooler. Even though I still get hot flashes, they are not as intense. This has been the only product that has helped at all. Would recommend this!
