Don't deal with this company, they cannot be trusted. I am dissatisfied and asked for a refund--they refused. I should have read all the reviews on the BBB site. They look nothing like the ones here. LOTS of 1-star reviews telling how unreliable they are. This is a TERRIBLE company. Once they have your $, you're not getting it back!

I give the product 4 star. But I give the company 1 star. I placed an ordered and right away after with in seconds phoned to cancel my order. The company said they couldn’t cancelled my order because it was already placed. Five hours later I received a message that my order was filled but not shipped. It could have been so easy. But now I have to send the product back when I receive it and at my costs! Great products awful customer service! Wendy Nilsson Grovedale Alberta, Canada

Nutreance is a scam company. I returned goods which arrived in the US on March 5 and still no refund, just endless stupid emails. Don't deal with this company unless you live in the town where they operate as if you are overseas, they will try and tell you products returned - haven't been. Disgusted.

Very poor and misleading return policy. It took 7 days for product to arrive and therefore evaluation of the 30 pills not possible. In effect it had to be returned before 23 days not allowing for full trial. Normal practice would be 30 days from receipt of product. Sharp practice so be aware of this anomaly. The nil effect of the pills reported n 11th February. Ordered on 13th January. In summary most unsatisfactory.

Hello dear reader, I'm sure you are looking for a great company. My experience with NUTREANCE... I've been purchasing their same product for months now and never had a ''surprise'' tax fee from FEDEX. On my 1st call to NUTREANCE, they've replied that it must have been a scam and not to pay it. I received a 3rd invoice from FEDEX and finally contacted them to enquire. After analysing the file; they mentioned that someone from NUTREANCE checked out the box that ''customer had to pay for Canadian taxes'' ! The employee obviously made a mistake since there were no such fees with all the other orders. Dear reader, what do YOU think of a company that after 2 calls and a few emails... their ''customer SERVICE'' refuse to admit this MINORRRRR error and refuses to credit me or even give me a gift-certificat for this MINUSCULE amount of $12-$15us in order KEEP me as a ''regular'' customer and their HIGHLY INDEPENDENT & unprofessionalism mindset & policy are clearly NOT AN EXAMPLE of a world class CARING company such as OMEGA juicers is ! As you are reading my review; how would YOU feel to encourage this kind of company ? I now supply myself from a better brand with better results which I won't write but suggest you shop around. Good luck! T. from Canada

It was reasy, but I had to write details twice- card no, & address. One thing is my city in Canada wants to put ‘Londom,’ instead of London. A few years ago I mistakenly spelt it with ‘m’ at the end & I have to change it to ‘n’.
