I have finished almost 2.5 bottles; mostly having one pill each, morning and night; though initially, i did start with TWO in the morning and one at night. The results have been conspicuous and a welcome change. The flow became noticeably relaxed and the frequencies lessened. I take 2 capsules a night I am sleeping better about 80% of the time. I usually wake up at least once a night. Have not tried taking more capsules before bed. There are still some nights that are not restful at all. Is it harmful to double the dose?
