I have had good success with 3Biome for IBS. I’ve been using it for a couple of years. I do best when I take 2 twice a day. Unfortunately I can’t keep that regime because I am a low-income 🇨🇦 senior (very expensive for me) However its important for my gut & still helpful at 1-2x/day. I have used other Nutreance products & have been pleased with them as well. But can’t afford them. Ordering is easy. Delivery is within 3-4 days. I get prompts for time to pre-order. My experiece with the company & products is good. No stress.
