Product not working property
The product is not working properly. I'm still having to go to the bathroom three to four times a night. I'm hoping it gets better with time. I just ordered more of your product and will be patient.

Your system simply would not accept my very good Visa card, even when assisted by your help desk. It finally reluctantly accepted my Master card, so you have a problem on your end. I almost went away, and I will next time.

Redicalm helped me fall sleep but it also caused discomfort (bleeding) in my stomach so I had to stop taking them. Redimind - my father didn't notice any improvement after taking them for 2-3 months. I don't recommend.

The customer service was horrible in my experience. I made several attempts to contact the company to insure my subscription would continue… I did not ever receive a callback. Determined to talk to a representative, I waited on the phone for an hour before I hung up…. Wondering if anyone was really on the other end! Sent an email trying to resolve my issue, as of yet…. No response.

I could not get the WELCOME10 coupon code to apply and the free shipping on orders of $59 or more also did not apply on my order of more than $100

I took two tablets morning and evening and it didn’t make any difference to my hip pain. A lot of money for no result. Very disappointed!

Rather than just explain how to return a product for a refund, the Nutreance site instructs customers to either send a message or to call to ask how to return something. I sent an electronic mail, but, having no confidence that it would be answered, I also called; unable to reach anyone, and told that that I could request a call back, I chose to do so rather than stay on the line. Over three hours went by, and so I again asked for a call back. Later, I called again; this time, I stayed on the line, but after being on hold for nearly 12 minutes, I had to give up. I never got either a reply to my message (or even acknowledgement that said message had been received) or a call. On the next day I made more attempts to get through. On the day after that, I finally reached someone named George, who told me what I had to do; but the instructions required me to promptly call Nutreance and give the package's tracking number once I had gotten that from the Post Office, and so I had to go through the process of trying to communicate and being ignored all over again! (Just as before, it was two days before I could talk to a representative.)

The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because, unlike others, I received the ordered products both times. The first time the delivery was delayed and unclear, received as good as no customer support from Nutreance! The second time everything went smoothly, customer support were responsive prior to ordering. The product (RediMind) unfortunately did nothing for my early-dementia father. He has been taking 2 per day for several months with no perceivable effect. Given the subjectively high price, questionable customer support and no perceivable effect, I will not be ordering more.
