I think the products and the service are easily accessible. The only problem being when I’m having trouble with my computer, not your fault, but I am unable to reach you any other way today I did call on the phone and the agent did say he could help me because I had fraud on my current credit card, so they had to issue me a new one and you wanted me to log into my account which I am unable to do at the time but he said he would take my information of my new card over the phone so hopefully that Cures the issue.
