They are scammers there is no such thing as 24 hour customer service envelope with bottles had a Malmo Sweden post mark not Connecticut USA where Nutreance is the return address was blackened out I sent the 2 bottles back to Connecticut as there was no return address product is expensive 1 tablet cost $1.90 in Australian dollars the refuse to give me back my money they are definitely scammers I rang them fir my money back but I have just been cut off by an operator when I asked for my money back

The reviews on the site are obviously fake (they have a Fakespot rating of "F"), and I assume their ingredients are as well. The product gave me severe nausea. I requested a refund by email and they ignored it, so I had to dispute the charge via PayPal. Their website implies that you'll receive an immediate refund if you are unsatisfied. However, the fine print actually requires that you ship the supplements back. Very shady company.

I didn't believe the other one star reviews! Could this company be that bad? In my interaction, yes! Avoid them like the plague. I called and I got a rude response, call again they hung up, email and they actually tell you (in words I won't repeat) to take you take your business elsewhere. Stay clear. If I were Dr Ronald Hoffman I'd wouldn't want my name tied to a company with such atrocious customer service. The staff must deal with unhappy customers a lot because all they want to do is get you off the line. (I emailed him a note to see if he is aware they are using his name, but no response so I guess he is happy to take your money).

Be warned! This company advertises free shipping in the ad but then automatically checks the box for a second product purchase which is required to get free shipping. They also advertise that you have 30 days to return it if it doesn’t work Let’s face it a sleep medicine like melatonin or the other ingredients this one has work for some people but not all so they should expect that some people will ask for their money back but I was informed that if I was interested in returning they didn’t want “Freeloaders” I must be missing something if it worked then I would order more but if it didn’t I’d have to pay for return shipping and that’s freeloading? Anyone that offers a money back guarantee as grudgingly as this company is telling you all you anyone need to know about their product ! Save your money! There are many other reputable products out there.

I’ve never dealt with worse customer service than this scam of a company. They’re return policies are not as they say!!! I sent back both m unopened orders, haven’t received a refund. Can’t get through to talk to anyone, only some a** hole over email that is defensive and impossible.

The customer service is just appalling. They do not stick to their terms and conditions and then blatantly refuse to refund the money when their product is not delivered. This is an untrustworthy company. Stay right away from them!!!!

They are the worst people to deal with ever. Poor product and poor customer service.
