Have been a Nutreance customer since 2018. But all others beware as if you contact their customer service because your order does not arrive as promised , you will receive nothing but rude replies & in the end , they will totally ignore your requests to put things to rights . In summation— disgraceful service , rude employees & company will take your money & run. I have all the emails on record if Nutreance wants to dispute my review !

Nutreance are on amazon how amazon can let Rude staff and bad business scammers on there site is beyond me ... do not buy any products ...do not reply to emaiks..sent product back but will not give refund.

This company does NOT stand by their money back guarantee. I returned 2 unopened bottle of RediMind because my husband should not take anything with Gingko Biloba because he is on a blood thinner. I was credited $29.95, when I should have been credited $79.90. They claim I only returned 1 bottle (which cost $39.95). I called once and sent 2 emails, yet they still refuse my correct refund. They do not even deserve one star.

I gave one star because it was the only way for me to rate this product or I would have given no stars. I’ve tried to exchange or return the product as it is inappropriate for my use. They have refused, hung up on me, and failed to respond back. I took an online test they offered and it suggested what to order. One of the products is testosterone which isn’t for women. Yet despite their misleading advice they failEd to address my issues by even letting me exchange it. I’ve never received worst customer service! I wonder if this is a fake company marketing high priced junk.

This is a scam if you need to return a product; you will not get a credit although you follow policy. They now have my order I returned and my money. Customer Service will not return emails or phone calls. Stay away from this site!

Tried to phone this company in order to cancel my subscription. The number I dialed kept getting disconnected. I then contacted them through email explaining what happened via phone. I was told that I was a liar. Upset at being called a liar, I sent photos of the phone record to show that there were several attempts made and that none of them went through. I was still called a liar. I have never experienced such over the top, rude and reprehensible customer dis-service. I planned on continuing my orders from Nutreance once I used up my existing products, but now...NO WAY! Many other companies out there offering better quality vitamins and supplements with excellent customer service.

I can't comment on the actual "effects" of their products as I just received it, however just based on their customer service I will never EVER order from them again. The representatives working there are the most unprofessional, most rudest csr reps I've ever encountered. Their email mannerisms are argumentative, they lack basic courtesy (they don't even say hello or bye) the reviews stating otherwise are clearly fake and this company should be ashamed of themselves for hiring people with zero professionalism and overall morale. Simply atrocious.
