I bought 3Biome without expecting anything wow. And sure enough... it wasn't. BUT, after a while, like after the second half of the bottle, I "see" that something good is happening. In contrast with other similar products that instantly you feel improvement (but also is fading away pretty quickly), with this I didn't feel much at first. But after a while I notice that I do not have anymore a bad breath in the morning, also my feet doesn't smell bad in some type of shoes like before. Also I took advantage that I'm a biologist and I want to see for myself that the capsules contain what is marketed, so I make a suspension in sterile saline and then inoculated on blood agar plates. The colonies where identified with MALDI-TOF. And sure enough it grow what it says although it worth mentioning that the 3 strains did not grow equally quantitative speaking. On the minus side are: price and marketing. This product is marketed like something SF, or very new. Reality: those strains are documented to be good for gut for at least 30 years or more. At least if the company want to give the impression of new, then they can use the new taxonomic names and not the defunct names eg Bacillus clausii = Alkalihalobacillus clausii, and so on.

Good product but somewhat expensive.
