i have been ordering nutreance for1 year now and yes thy do work for me but you have one of the worse costumer service i have ever dealt with thy are SOOO RUDE, the very first time i called i had some questions i couldent believe how nasty and rude thy were i almost dident order but since i was despaired i ordered ,after that i tried very hard not to call and just order on line i even orderd for my aunt recently i had the call on speaker and my aunt said please dont order i dont like to deal with nasty /rude people but i went a head and orderd it for her, recently thy been sending me way too many i had no choice but call after i had told them please do not auto send wait for me to order but thy still did it ,so when i called today thy were worse than ever i couldent even finish what i had to say and the guy told me off and hang up the phone on me this was about 1/2 hour ego im still shacking who needs that ?? to call and purchase product and costumer service tells you off and hang up on you? im just curious a company this big doesn't have a supervisor that you can speak too ? or what kind of company would hire these kind of people that either dont like their job ? or maybe thy are the owners ?? thats why i never wrote a review ive been asked many times but bs of the costumer service i wouldent do it, so let see if some one in charge will answer me before i cancel,D.R

Don't buy anything from this company! The Menovair is garbage, didn't help with hot flashes at all. Also, they emailed me constantly, even after I unsubscribed at least 5 times. When I emailed them back to stop emailing me they just kept emailing me to purchase more of their garbage.

I purchased a product from this company ONLY because they had a stated guaranteed return policy within 30 days. After multiple emails and phone calls, none of which were ever responded to, it became apparent this business is a total scam. Don’t waste your money, don’t expect any form of customer service, don’t expect the products to work and don’t assume the ingredients are as stated. Any business that won’t proved even a basic level of customer service does not deserve to be trusted on any other claims or statements they make. An absurd excuse for a legitimate business.

RediMind DID NOT improve my memory! I asked for a refund within the 30 days and it was declined. The customer service was most appalling! DO NOT buy this product! It’s a total waste of your money!

ordered product, no delivery 4 weeks later, contacted them and they blamed delivery company, 6 weeks later still no delivery, now they wont answer my emails or calls rip off merchants

Further to my review of this company. If you find, as I did, that their products are useless, and that the company refuses to give you a refund: if you've paid by Paypal you can ask Paypal for a refund. Send what you've got left of the useless product back to Nutreance, getting proof of postage. Contact Paypal, explain why you think you deserve a refund, send them a jpg of your posting receipt - and hey presto! You not only get e refund, you can get Paypal to refund the cost of postage! This is one in the eye for Nutreance's brusque, inflexible and insulting customer relations. Good luck.

Con artists take your money with no intention of sending the product and when you ask for a refund they get abusive and blame the customer and refuse to honour a refund AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE

I guess its a con company, I recommended my friend redimind on 20th october 2020, until now the consignment has never been delivered, none of his emails are being replied.. let them proof they are not a cons by confirming this order number 391-9608748..
