I am SO delighted to have finally found a product that controls my IBS! I now have regular motions and the best thing is that I can go out without the constant worry about finding a toilet, in case I have a sudden and uncontrollable bout of diarrhea. Since the use of Hepaguard in june for a fatty liver, I started out in taking the supplement in the morning with a daily 20 minute exercise in the morning, I have lost 9lbs. Which to me seems a bit of a good start to my health, and hoping that I will please my doctors in this little change. But I will tell you again after my next diagnosis in late August 2024.
