They send products just few days to be expired, I made a complaint and they don't care, they don't refund , be careful I just placed a previous day my experience and immediately I received an email from this company intimidating me with Capital Letters ( Including my personal information, full name and address ) asking me to delete my review or they going to process legally agains me, I don't understand if I was asking to get my money back, I paid the shipping cost from UK to USA not being my responsibility because the product was nearly to be expired but never accepted it BE CAREFUL a Professional Company don't use your personal information to intimidating you in case you're not happy with the service DOUBLE THINK if you want to expose yourself with your personal information with this company I'll need to talk with the police about it I have all the emails from this people with arrogant attitude

I sent away for their products and found I was allergic. when I called to request a refund I was told I had to send back the product within 30 days which I did and, when I didn't receive my refund I called only to get hung up on 3 times. Don't fall for this company who promise a lot on an expensive item who's components are easily purchased for less elsewhere.

Advertisement on the sales page did not disclose all the ingredients in a supplement I purchased. Ingredients involved in the encapsulation process were not detailed. I can't have one of the the additional ingredients, and asked for a refund. The company ignored 3 emails, and I had to involve PayPal. As the advertisement was misleading I asked for the company to pay the return postage of US$14, and they refused, claiming the full list of ingredients was somewhere else on the website. Their attitude was very poor. Will not be buying anything from this company. If you choose to buy from the company check in first on the full list of ingredients. There might be a trace ingredient that doesn't agree with your system. Within a few hours of this review the company has attempted to strongarm me sending an email threatening legal action against what it calls a libelous review unless I delete the review within 12-hours. The email communicator did not provide a name. I have copied the screen shot of the advertisement to backup what I am saying here. The Sales Advertisement page does not list the ingredients Magnesium Stearate and Dicalcium Phosphate. Nor does this sales page have a link to the webpage where the company does list all the ingredients. Surely customers are not expected to view an entire website to get full transparency. This report is factual.

I would have given a Zero star if there was such a rating available for this company, their products and their customer service. They take your money and then don't send you any product and when you call them, they hang up on you. I have never seen such a group of morons doing business in the United States. If they got any good reviews, it must have been written by someone working for them or some of their relatives must have written it. I do not see any reason for this company to sell any product to the public. They have no regard for their customers.

These people are absolutely appalling, I have never dealt with worse. They refuse to refund even though I have myself chased the supposed despatch through both Fedex and NordPost and been told the details they have sent are nothing to do with anything for me. Do not have anything to do with them. I now get a better product from iHerb, also in the States but 100% different as I have been dealing with them for decades and NEVER had bad service, they even refunded a consignment over the covid period because it was late even though it eventually got here, just as a thank you for patience. Forget Nutreance, I cannot tell you about their product as it has never got here but there are plenty of other equal or better formulae out there.

Absolute a disgusting company. There reps are absolutely disgusting people. You have been warned . At some point they will treat you like garage, steal your money and wastes months of your time. There reps are the most disgusting people I have even spoken to. And it’s not one or two its all of them. When taking your order they are very nice but after they have your money they turn to animals. You have been warned and I wish no one the pain this company will cause you but if you proceed you deserve it. You deserve it

Absolute rubbish. Waste of money. Waste of time. If you’re in the UK, just buy from a reputable British supplement company and save yourself the bother. Below average product, highly inflated price, one month wait for delivery, unhelpful customer service staff. Do I need to say more? The product (RediCalm) is far too average, there are products of far higher quality and better price out there.

I ordered this product on June 2 at 9pm called same night June 2 at 11pm only 2 hours later. They refused to cancel my order, They were rude. They refused to refund my money. Don't do busy with this company.
