This particular probiotic seems to work best for my IBS and I have tried many others. I very much appreciate the reminders for orders, the regular updates on delivery and tracking. And the delivery has been as promised.

I started taking the product about 2 weeks ago, starting with one a day. Not a lot happened but then I increased my dosage to 2 a day. Noticed a slight improvement with my appetite as I wasn't so hungry.
