I have been using Thyrogard for over 2 years and took a break for a year. After about 6 months of using it, I was able to lower the dosage of my prescribed tablets (thyroxine) from 150mcg to 75mcg over another 6 months period. I am not suggesting that this will be the case for everyone, just that it was so for myself. I started taking Thyrogard because I wanted something a bit more natural that Thyroxine. After the years break however...I'm back to square 1 - sluggish, no energy and various digestive issues. I'm glad to be back on them again.

Thus far, the 3Biome and 11Zyme capsules have been the "best" to normalize my IBS. They seem to be much more effective than the strong probiotic I was taking previously. They work on reducing bloating and normalize bowel movements. I would recommend them!
