I have contacted this company 5 times and have not had any response of any kind. Purchased May 13th 2023. I have contacted support nutreance via email June 2, 9, 16, 21, July 2 & 12. NO response. I have attempted to call on July 2 and waited for 10 minutes for service. And today, July 12th I waited for another 10 minutes and finally left a callback number. NO RESPONSE. I am requesting a full refund. The product gave me a severe stomach ache and I have tried to use with and without food. I used for 10 days with hope that this would work. It did not. I had requested a full refund on my order. I purchased in good faith and expected to be treated same. I have attempted to contact and have had a great deal of patience. what went right....total scam company it says money back guarantee....I cancelled 10 minutes after I placed when I read reviews....they put you on hold 15 minutes and disconnect....read the reviews people....

Well, I feel quite stupid. I should have looked at the reviews first. These products did absolutely nothing like they're a fake product and customer service hasn't responded in the 2 weeks I've been contacting them.

Rude and totally useless customer service. I asked a civil question about shipping and delivery timescales and in their reply they were so busy ranting about 'expedited delivery' they forgot to answer either question. Won't ever be buying their stuff again. Delivery is super slow anyway and the product is way overpriced so as it turns out, this would have been my last order in any case.

Overpriced & underdelivered! They delivered supplements very late and then failed to adhere to their return policies. I wrote to them 21 days after I received the item, given that I noticed absolutely ZERO benefits; but because they took 15+ days to deliver it, it conveniently: “fell outside the return window & was rejected!” Their website is broken links to “research” don’t exist/are inflated or forged. Absolute SCAM!

Snake Oil. When you try to contact for a refund, they don't answer.

Re: RediMove Joint Support Today I called to request a refund. I was placed on hold twice and was then disconnected. The 3rd time I called I left a message. No callback! I sent them a message using their Customer Help link. I immediately received a "Dear John" reply which read: "This request comes outside the 30-day return policy. It was ordered in April. We must deny this request." I ordered it on April 29th, a Saturday. I did not receive it until May 2nd. Today is June 1st. Exactly 30 days since I received it. So they're screwing me on a technicality since I "purchased" it 33 days ago! I also missed the part, "You may RETURN bottle within 30 days..." Still - It's a very bad way to conduct business!

I have placed an order and expected date of delivery was May 19, 2023. It's May 30, 2023, I sent emails to customer service, there is no response. No contact - no communication. If they want business then they need to be very serious about customer satisfaction. I marked one star otherwise it's performance is even below
