After taking 3 biome, my stools became normal. Before I had to rely on liquid magnesium and probiotics which caused me a lot of gas issue. The gas issue is still there but less.

I have been taking 3Biome for 2 months now and have found that my IBS has definitely improved. After taking antibiotics for diverticular approx every 6 months I believe my gut was devoid of good bacteria and this seems to be helping. Quite expensive for me as I am in Australia.
