NutreanceReviews of nutreance.com

If I could give it ZERO stars I would. I've ordered this product and decided to change regimens. I called multiple times and was hung up on, promised return phone calls and emails. IT'S A SCAM! No return emails, they change their contact number constantly. Never by their product!!

Don’t know waiting on my test results

UPDATE: I HAVE NOW SENT 7 EMAILS TO NUTREANCE CUSTOMER SUPPORT ASKING FOR HELP SINCE MY REVIEW JANUARY 9th 2024. ZERO REPLY. ZERO REFUND OF MY $109 AS OF TODAY. I bought 2 bottles of Hepaguard and 1 bottles of Glucoven for 3 months. I saw zero results as far as my digestion etc. I ordered 2 bottles of Hepaguard and 1 bottle of Glucoven December 24th 2023 and after thinking about the fact that I wasn't getting results and it was too expensive. $109.00 for the order. I called to cancel within an hour, my order had not been processed yet. I was told I have to wait for the order to be delivered, call back and request a return. I did. When I called for the return, I was on hold 4 times for 15 minutes. When I called back, and someone finally answered, I was hung up on! I called back and a gentleman processed my return. I followed his instructions and mailed it back on December 26th 2023, my tracking number showed they received my return December 30th 2023. I called yesterday December 8th 2024 to find out when they would be processing my refund. The person I spoke to told me "you have to wait" and hung up on me! I called back 6 times and every time I called I was hung up on. I emailed support yesterday and have received no response. I emailed support again today, waiting for response. I've called 3 times today, no answer, just silence/break in annoying music, and then disconnected. I am currently on hold again for returns and no response and it has been 14 minutes. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR TIME OR MONEY. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced and products did nothing for me but waste my money. It's now been 15 minutes on hold.

The order couldn't be delivered to my country due to import restrictions. I asked for a refund and they said they won't make a refund.

Tried to cancel an order literally 3 hours later based on my doctor's recommendation. Three hours after that they said it was too late (really?) that it already processed. Then a full 24 hours later said it shipped. Called customer service and was hung up on. How rude! Would not recommend solely based on horrible customer service. Still waiting for return instructions since their policy states it can be returned at no cost to me.

i not received my order follow many time but not they note replay anymore

If I could put negative I would! They use very unreliable delivery company and refuse to cancel my order and return money. Delivery company is lying all the time and for 10(!!!) days already no even any updates on when new delivery will be done! I need this medicine ASAP, but nobody cares! NEVER USE THIS WEBSITE!!!! VERY UNRELIABLE!!!!!

Product did not work for me, caused me lot of side effect.. When called and asked for refund maniac hung up on me. Please avoid by any meaning
