I’ve been on estrogen for the hot flashes and gained 20 lbs. I thought I’d try Menovair and stop estrogen just to see if it worked. It’s been 3 months without a hot flash so far. Didnt lose any weight but I’m not on fire either. It was so bad I’d get sick. Just ordered more. Will write more in another 3 months
