Sadly Nu Shoe does not provide the expertise they advertise. Ask for new 30 inch laces send 45inch, I ask for new eyelets, never installed in shoes. Not all stitching was done only partial. At 150 I would think better services. Waited 4 1/2 weeks for return of shoes. You decide if you want to be riped off.
