That’s definitely not the experience we want for you, and we’ll share this feedback with our design team. I also want to help clear up the refund confusion. We don’t charge restocking or hidden fees—your refund reflects the original shipping cost ($6.95, since the order was under $100) plus the cost of using our prepaid return label ($7.95). You’re always welcome to use your own return method to avoid that return label cost. We know returns can feel frustrating, and we’re always trying to balance keeping things simple for customers while covering the real costs of shipping (which are often higher than what we charge). If you’re open to it, we’d still love to help you find something you feel amazing in—exchanges are always free, and we’re happy to personally recommend styles with different zipper placements. Hi, Denise! Thank you for the feedback! We have many styles with stretch but we also offer options with NO stretch. One of the reasons I started this company was because I couldn't find high-quality cotton designs, specifically NON-STRETCH (woven), clingy fabrics. I was tired of the clingy, maternity-wear type fabrics (rayon/modal) that shows every lump and bump. So, while I realize they aren't going to work for everyone, some moms (like me) love having this option. Most of our competitors offer the clingy/super-stretchy designs so you will find a lot of options out there! Thanks for giving us a shot!

Hi, Jewel. I looked up your order and we shipped the same day that you placed your order. This 1-star review should be for USPS. We work SO hard to get orders out the SAME day or next. USPS is extremely backed up ... almost 3 weeks in Birmingham, AL. We are just as frustrated and disappointed. We have filed claims with the local office and also with our state and federal government. I have also spoken with a supervisor at our local post office. We have been seeing major delays since November 24. The supervisor told me it's due to COVID and an increase in online shopping. USPS picks them up (doesn't scan them) and then they sit in downtown Birmingham for weeks. I am a small business owner and work out of my home. I work SO hard to make sure customers are happy. After we realized there was a major problem, we started offering Fedex as a shipping option and we have upgraded as many packages as possible to FEDEX 2-day (which is much more expensive but much more reliable). I am doing everything I can! Reviews and customer service are very important to me. I just pulled up your tracking and looks like it arrived in MN on Sunday. Usually when that happens it's delivered within a few days. Again, I’m so sorry again for the delays and thank you again for the order. Hope you love the items. Quinn (owner)

Hi, Robin. I checked your order and your item is on "backorder" as stated on your invoice. That means it's out of stock and will ship at a later date. The other pullover was in-stock and we shipped the same day you ordered. I'm sorry for the confusion but I could have clarified if you would have called/emailed. I am a small business owner (mom in Alabama who works and ships from my home) and I work SO hard to make sure customers are happy. I pride myself on having the BEST customer service. I wish you would have given me a chance to explain instead of leaving a 1 star review here! We usually ship the SAME day or next day unlike most of my competitors. Your order is currently in the shipping cue and expected to ship tomorrow. Please let me know if you'd like a refund instead.
