Customer service was disgusting. A coupon they sent me did not work and when I was asking about it, they were so nasty, I couldn't believe it. The rep in the chat was using upper case (yelling) and told me to stop begging! I thought it was a joke. I tried to report it to customer service and they hung up. I wish I could upload the screenshot I took. Go elsewhere. PLEASE. They are way more expensive in comparison to other companies anyway. They scam sending coupons that don't work bc they want you to pay full price.

A major red flag for any company: when they need to resort to spamming to promote their services. Lately I've been getting spam emails from this website asking to buy links from my blog, as well as spammy comments on my blog promoting their websites. All this is done to help improve their search engine rankings, because clearly they can't get customers otherwise. Says a lot about a company when they need to resort to spam and deception to get customers.

Be advise that the company does not complete the assignments on time. This a response form the company on the issue. "It is your legal right to write a fair review about your experience. We are sorry indeed for the miscommunication between you and the writer, and genuinely trying to help you now, but, unfortunately, we don't have enough feedback from you to decide which way should we proceed."
