Extremely disappointing customer service and complete lack of communication. I requested a return within the allowed return window and was asked to provide photos of the shoes in order to proceed. I submitted the photos promptly and within the required timeframe. Since then, the company has completely stopped responding. I have now sent nine follow-up emails over several days with no acknowledgment, resolution, or attempt to assist. Despite fully complying with their return instructions, I am now being penalized solely due to their failure to respond. This experience has been frustrating and unprofessional. A company that ignores customers after taking payment and fails to honor its own return process should be avoided. I would not recommend purchasing from them unless you are prepared to deal with nonexistent customer support. Would give them a negative star rating if possible. Avoid at all costs!!

I bought shoes from nursebabes.com and they have a 7 day return policy. I emailed them every day for the last week for a return shipping address and no one bothered to answer any of my emails. I don't recommend buying these shoes before you try them on as they definitely don't suit the shape of my foot and you CAN'T RETURN THEM as no one bothers to answer any emails. There is no return address supplied on their website either so overall I rate them a -10 for customer service and support!

I placed an order and realised sizing was in USA .. I immediately sent an email asking for help before shipment. Days later I was informed they had already shipped! They mentioned returning etc but I had already seen the reviews on that so was not confident. Well they arrived, strong smell of ?. Flimsy, no support. Complete waste of money!!!

Terrible company. Shoes come in a bag from overseas. Size chart off. Refunds are difficult.

Again, came from China. I believed I was buying off a genuine company. Paid NZ$120 for shoes I could have brought from Temu at $28. Almost dislocated my finger trying to pull them over my heel.

I have been trying to contact them via email and phone. The phone number is inactive. It hangs up before it rings. I have emailed 3 times and have never received a response. Their tracking keeps repeating the same thing. It said they were supposed to arrive between 1/17/26 to 1/21/26. It is 1/27/26 and I keep seeing the same info repeated on the tracking info that it just left origin (I'm assuming China). I ordered these shoes on 1/7/26. I want an answer to where they are or my money back. I have now read all of these bad reviews and wish I had read them sooner. I just need good shoes for work. I haven't purchased other ones because they still have my money and I don't have the shoes. What concerns me more is there are a ton of complaints about fit. I'd hate to have waited this long and possibly receive them to find out they don't fit. Fix your phone and respond to your paying customers!

I ordered the 3 pairs of shoes it's been a week since delivery. They came in size 6. More like a size 4. I can't get the shoes on my feet. Have emailed 6 times with no reply what so ever. Normally not a big deal to just return and get a refund, however, I sent over 6 emails trying to get help with the return and nothing. The refund policy for UK is awful we the customer has to pay full postage. Back to the USA. That I'm happy to do if I ever get a reply. I'm now at 15 emails and absolutely nothing. DO NOT BUY

Update: It is now 2/4 and still no shoes. BEWARE!!!! It's been a month and nothing received. I ordered my shoes on 1/4/26 (3 pairs) and it's now 1/21/26 and the tracking says "sorting completed, awaiting transshipment". I googled that and it could be another 10 + days (if ever) to my door. BEWARE and do not order these shoes if you want them within a reasonable amount of time.
