Terrible customer service.

SCAM!!!! The shoes had a really offensive and strong plastic odour. When trying to get in contact for a refund, emails went unanswered and messaged went ignored. Don’t fall for it.

Never order from this company. They sent me the wrong color of shoes. And then they wouldn’t get back with me so I could get a refund to send the shoes back. So they got me for 120 bucks. They suck! The phone number that they have listed is no longer in service.

Sizing is off on the shoes big time! I ordered 3 pairs size 9.5. Couldn't even get them over my heel. Followed their exchange process for larger size and all emails are being ignored. Do not recommend at all

I like the colors. I did not like having the Nurse Babes logo in one of them, it looks like someone just taped it on the shoe. It's very cheap looking. Up-close they look really cheap, the bottom part seems plasticky and maybe they are made of that, most tennis shoes are made of rubber. I would not buy these again. They are not that comfortable either as they claim.

The company does not give a shipping window when ordering so you don't know when to expect delivery. I had to return 3 pairs and promptly sent photos of unworn shoes to their email as directed. Tried to follow up with a phone call and the line was always busy. The return policy is not great and you need to contact then within 7 days to not be charged for shipping items back. Well, I am on day 2 of 7 with no response. Thinking it's easier to donate these unworn shoes and take a take write-off than chasing this company for a refund. Seems very much to be a scam organization.

Will not be ordering from this place again because they will not reply. I placed an order for one pair of shoes. The order did not go through the first time and they sent an email. I responded to that email and completed my order. I received the shoes and the chemical odor was awful but did go away. Packaging for such an expensive shoe was cheap. I wore them to work and loved them. Next day I received another pair. Checked my PayPal account and charged twice. Have been trying multiple emails and calls and they do not respond. I just want to return the additional pair I did not order.
