Received 2 orders of sneaker that I ordered once. Before receiving I tried to cancel one of the orders 2 weeks before they were shipped. Heard back from co I would have to receive both pairs and with directions on how to ship back after they arrived.You must send pictures of the sneakers to show not worn. YOU never hear back from this company.It's 5 days now of looking through emails to see if label was sent. NOTHING. What you do get is a bombardment of emails saying tell us what you think of sneakers. The sneakers are cheaply made. I was hoping these would be more comfortable than my slip on sneakers. Love the color choices but sadly for me they were not great. I'm going to donate the sneakers to the homeless to feel good about doing business with this co. with horrid customer services. The phone number on website is busy at all times. They really are pretty much a scam co that does a lot of instagrams. I will never purchase again and will honestly not be surprised if their out of business in a year. My advice is don't get involved with this company. They double bill and I see I'm not the only one with this experience!

My feet are killing me 3 hrs into my 12 hr shift. This is disappointing as I purchased 3 pairs.

Extremely Disappointed – Poor Quality & No Customer Support I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was incredibly frustrating. I purchased these shoes and unfortunately, they ran small. I reached out to the company twice via email to request an exchange for a larger size and never received a response. I then tried calling the customer service number listed on their website, but it only led to a busy signal—no way to get in touch with an actual person. On top of that, the quality does not justify the price. The inserts felt very flimsy and thin and even after replacing them with better ones, the shoes are still uncomfortable and too tight to wear. Now I’m out over $90 with a product I can’t use and no support from the company to resolve the issue. I would not recommend purchasing from this company.

SCAM company! Advise not to get anything from here! I ordered a pair, clearly stated my size- uk8 EU41 and was sent a US size 8/ equivalent to UK 6 When requesting a SIMPLE exchange have sent over 20 emails. Some have gone through, some haven't. With the ones that have, the response is usually.....we understand your frustration...blah blah, blah....send photos.....which of course I have. Just a rubbish fraud company. I am now out of pocket over £66. This was almost 3 weeks ago

They order these shoes off of SHEIN and mark them up incredibly. They are $10 on SHEIN. Same advertising pictures and everything.

I ordered 3 pairs... they only sent me 2. Also the 2 tht i got are the wrong size. I have tried calling customer service number, its a busy signal. I have also emailed multiple times with no response. This company is not good!

sent the incorrect shoe sizes at the beginning of March 2026 - emailed Nurse Babes on receipt of the order as all shoes were incorrect shoe sizes (ie NOT what I had ordered) - now we are over one month and still no outcome - received an email to say the order was being processed and sent to then being told it is being investigated!! really poor service, extremely bad communication and I am really disappointed that I have paid for shoes that this company/business have NOT fulfilled and yet they promote these shoes to nurses... I am a nurse .... it is just very disappointing and I would hope that anyone considering purchasing will think again because I am really regretting my decision - I have even emailed to seek a refund - just to have the matter finalised and yet this still does not occur either.

Well, I am hoping I get to come back here and change this review, but as of right now I cannot say I will be able to. I was VERY excited to find these really cute shoes. They advertised that they had a wide toe box and worked well for wide feet. Turns out I must have extra wide feet. These shoes clearly weren't going to work for my feet. So, on the same day I received my package (April 13, 2026) I was thrilled. I popped open the really carefully packaged bundle and tried on the purple shoes. That's when I discovered there simply wasn't enough toe room just sitting at my desk. I stood up, realized that they were simply too tight in the toe region, took them off, packaged them back up, and reached out to Hadley at Nursebabes.com. I knew that I had seven days to return for a refund but their website specified to reach out for return arrangements. Then I tried calling. Emailed again, filled out a 'return request' on their website where I was told I would have a call in the next 24 hours, then attempted a chat where I was told someone would reach out shortly after the start of the next business day. No response so I resent emails again and called three more times. Nothing. I reached out to Paypal on Friday and was informed that because the company sent the product I needed to arrange return through them. Today, April 18, 2026 I am shipping these shoes back to Nursebabes.com at the return address on the packaging. I am using UPS so I can track their progress. I am fully expecting a complete refund of the cost of the shoes back to PayPal asap. I will modify this review if they are able to deal with this situation appropriately. I was so hopeful that this small company would be able to really provide great shoes and great customer service. I suspect that the shoes would be really comfortable for the majority of people, but they REALLY need better customer service.
