Worse shoes ever. Should have stuck with my stinky old worn shoes. You can’t return them. They are flat. The shoe laces are RIDICULOUSLY long. HATE these shoes. I spend my work shoe allowance on them. Customer service isn’t there either.

I ordered these shoes... Paid over $60, and these shoes are AWFUL! The packaging looked awful, and honestly the shoes look like i ordered them from TEMU! To make matter worse, you CAN'T RETURN THEM!😡 That is ridiculous! NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!

I bought the shoes, they are horrible! Different color then on the picture, stinky, very wide,very poor material. I tried to return them because I also bought the free returns + package protection. I emailed them about it. My return was "rejected." Do not buy the shoes or the free returns. You can not return them. It will be rejected, and they won't even write you back. Unacceptable!

I ordered a size 9 and they sent a size 6. They refuse to exchange it or refund me. So I'm stuck with shoes I can't wear and out $75.

I'm another person who fell for the InstaAd. I ordered my true size (9). It's WAY too big. Contacted them for a return and it's a runaround. As others have said, they pretend they are US based but it ships from China airtight sealed in a plastic bag. No invoice..you go to return and it sends a link that has no option for exchange (only return because of damage or wrong item) and they don't actually respond to emails. The email they give (babe) is wrong (NOT babeS with the S, so when you email it fails to send). I investigated further on the site and found a phone number. Called it and got a Google voice subscriber message, so I doubt I'll be getting a call back from anyone. What a waste of money. Wish I would have sought reviews before wasting money. SO ANGRYYYYY omg

Would not let me return/exchange when the shoes were too big. Can’t use your product if they look like clown shoes on me! I got my size shoe btw the same size I’ve been wearing majority of my life!

I'm on my feet for 8 to 12hrs 6 days a week in a radiology office. I recently went to the urgent care for severe back pain due to these shoes. Once i switched sneakers, back pain almost gone. Comfortable for a few days then you'd be better walking barefoot on shards of glass. Zero traction - i was slipping and sliding worse than the actual Slip n slide. Caused more foot and back pain than my sketchers - couldnt hardly bend my ankles to walk. They say size up if you are a 1/2 size, it looked and felt like clown shoes they were so big. They say they're in WA, however they came directly from China. I have retured both pairs and will not be buying again.
