This is a new company selling peptides wholesale to individuals who have to purchase a large quantity upfront. I was truly hesitant to make a $2800 order (10 box minimum) with not very many reviews by any consumers. I took the chance to send my $2800 for my 10 box minimum. I was a little concerned with how long it took to receive my order considering their Business shows that they are coming out of Simi Valley, California, and I am in Washington state. When I asked if I would be receiving my order soon, they said they were waiting for the product from overseas. My order took 15 days to be receive and when I did receive it, I was missing $825 in product, three boxes that just happened to be the TOP three items that I really needed to get! When I asked them to credit me for what I did NOT receive, I was told they gave me three boxes of a peptide that I did not order to compensate. It was a half dose of the product that I originally ordered, (which I did not need, nor do I have anybody needing that strength) they took it upon themselves to send me something I did not need to compensate for what I did order. when I asked for my refund, I was told that I would get it if I sent back the three boxes that they just chose to put in my order on their own. I do not have time to pack up boxes and go to the post office. I have a disabled daughter at home my husband just passed away and I am not the one who sent a product I did not order! Sadly, I had to threaten a poor Review on my social media in order to get them to do the right thing (which they did) along with an email saying they are “canceling my account and best wishes”. Honestly, I did not plan on purchasing any more product from them again after this. But I must warn others thinking about purchasing from this company to #1 make sure they have the product that you are requesting available. No substitutes, and #2 how long it will take them to mail your product, especially if you have customers waiting. It’s a lot of money to dish out so just be careful that you communicate very clearly with them.
