Apparently my daughter started a free trial by accident almost 2 years ago, never visited or activated it and never heard from Nugs. They have been charging 20+ euros a month ever since. This happened to us once before with Amazon Prime, they saw it wasn't used so refunded everything. No such luck with Nugs sofar....

I was hesitant spending so much money for rugs online. But the customer service was amazing. I bought 3 rugs, they arrived 3 days after and I must say they kept every single promise. Thank you so much
