I ordered a sample bottle of one of their products and did not agree for any kind of subscription service. All of a sudden I get a charge for $83 and when I called immediately to stop the shipment and the payment, the “customer service” person yelled over me and told me that I needed to read the terms and conditions. I told them explicitly to cancel and do not send me any product and to refund my money. He then offered to give it to me at a discounted rate. I said cancel immediately that I did not order their product on a subscription. He proceeded to tell me again in a raised voice that I did do it. I said OK so I did if I did cancel it immediately and give me my money back. Fat chance of that happening.

I expected my order today but it never came

This company is a total scam. First of all, their product does nothing. It's absolutely useless, full stop. Second of all, They say you can cancel after your free trial, well when their charge showed up on my creditcard bill, I immediately cancelled, and they said I would not be billed, but they sent another shipment and charged my card anyways, bc I didn't cancel soon enough, by one day, so now i have to pay shipping to get a full refund. They should be reported to the BBB or a class action lawsuit should be taken up against them.

Ordered a sample pack which did nothing to me. They went and charged me for a subscription type and twice the amount of $83 for Feb and Mar, and never got the bottles. I just sent them an email for refund and if they don't I will proceed with reporting them to the BBB.

Do not order they will rip you off. I order a trial bottle never received it. I called to cancel because it had been 13 days and they told me because I didn't receive my trial they would give me another 14 days. The very next day they charged my card for the full membership which was around 80.00 I was able to stop the charges. This is not the way to do business it a scam.

Without being upfront about ongoing charges this company charged by account after I tried thier supposed free sample for $6.43.
