I originally started tirzepatide through my primary care doctor, but even with insurance, one of the major brand-name options was costing me around $300 a month. Then, about three months ago, my health insurance stopped covering GLP-1 medications altogether. I’ve now been taking their tirzepatide for about two months, and I’ve lost 11 pounds. The weight loss hasn’t been dramatic or overnight, but I actually prefer it that way. I’m still on the starting dose and plan to stay there for now, so I can’t speak to the higher dosage levels. I also haven’t experienced any side effects. For me, the biggest surprise has been how affordable it is. The product has worked just as well for me as the brand-name medication I was taking previously, but at a much more manageable price. Being able to lose weight gradually while also stretching my supply further before needing to reorder is a huge plus. Their customer service has also been fantastic. They check in periodically to make sure I’m doing well and happy with the product, which I really appreciate. Overall, I’ve had a very positive experience with NuForm.
