Nuform has an extremely efficient system and great customer service. I scheduled an appointment, my consultant reached out quickly to explain the process, had my video visit on a Wednesday, medication arrived on Friday, and I was able to start the next day. 4-5 days for the total process! Video visit was comprehensive. All questions were answered thoroughly, and additional information regarding dosing, etc, was provided. I feel like the cost is a good value based on customer service and efficiency of their services. I was instructed to check in around the 6 week mark, and my consultant reached out to me first to see how it was going, any concerns, etc. No complaints at all!

The whole experience was just absolutely amazing, I was using HONE for my testosterone but there were charges coming out of my account randomly. They where charging me over $150 a month which is utterly unacceptable and NuForm took care of me without hidden fees Thank You seriously you have no idea how happy I am with NuForm!!!!

Initial appointment was easy to set up, quick, inconvenient. Did not feel rushed was able to ask questions. Supplies arrived quickly. Although it was not needed, they reached out to check on me and provided support and encouragement. I am out at week nine and I’ve lost 15 pounds which is great when you are 70 years old and post menopausal.

I would definitely recommend Nuform Health! They send you to the closet quest clinic to get tested and then have a video appointment to go over your results.. customer service with Romario is awesome! You have his phone number and can reach out anytime if you have an issue or questions. I should of reached out along time ago when I first had the symptoms of low T.
