Easy contact. A small bit of miscommunication but was able to get it sorted.

Overall my experience has been good. Customer service is great. I switched from another, more expensive, program and I was a little concerned that there weren’t any questions about my medications.

I’ve been working with Nick K. He has taken my concerns seriously, going over them with me and giving me helpful suggestions. I appreciate not getting ghosted when I complained about not losing weight as quickly as I wanted to in the beginning. Nick was very patient with me, and the situation seems to have resolved itself as I continue with the program. Every interaction I’ve had with the Nuform team has been honest and professional. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because I informed them from the beginning that I was not starting from scratch, but had already been taking Semaglutide with a different company for 11 weeks prior to switching to Tirzepatide with Nuform. It’s just my opinion, but I believe I could’ve seen quicker results if I had been prescribed a little higher dosage from the start, and not have been discouraged by the lack of results after the first 5 weeks. To me, it was like wasting my money. However, I recognize that I’m not a doctor.

Product arrived on time and nicely packaged. Good communication all the way through.

So far I have had great results with minimal side effects. The only slight negative would be cost. But it’s really not that bad.

I have lost 10 pounds in 6 weeks on their GLP-1. Unfortunately, they've only checked in once.

The onboarding was very quick. The people are friendly and informed.

Overall it’s been a good experience. The sema is for real and I’ve dropped 30lbs in two months. My only suggestion is they need some kind of patient portal to better communicate and to have some helpful resources. A sense of community would be good.
